• Dent Armor is a service program that includes repairs of dings and small dents using the paintless dent repair process. These dings and small dents are caused from common everyday threats such as door dings and shopping cart damage.
• Dent Armor is owned and administered by American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. and backed by Virginia Surety Company, Inc.
• The covered areas of the vehicle include the sheet metal panels (some restrictions apply by state) of the registered vehicle. Larger dents, collision dents, paint damage and dents not repairable using the paintless dent repair process are not covered. See the Dent Armor contract for complete details.
• Paintless Dent Repair (or PDR) is a non-evasive way to remove dings and small dents from a vehicle.
• PDR is a skilled procedure that is highly dependent on the technician performing the repair. Dent Armor uses certified technicians from the DentGuy Network to provide the PDR service. They are hand-picked for their technical proficiency and their customer service skills.
• Using industry specific tools, the certified technicians massage the dented metal back to its original shape. No painting or fillers are used in the PDR process, which maintains the factory finish. Most repairs are done in less than 15 minutes and the service is normally completed back at the dealership where your vehicle was purchased.
